I cannot remember my Membership Suite or Lite password or logon name, what should I do?

Do not continue to try since you will be locked out of the system. Contact the AFT's Staff and Affiliate Support via e-mail at SASDesk@aft.org.  Or call 1-800-238-1133 ext. 4504 between the hours of  8:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time

Please be prepared to indicate the answers to three (3) security questions, i.e., favorite color, mother’s maiden name as well as city you were born in.  These are questions that you answered on the Membership Questionnaire.

How do I change my password?

Passwords are assigned via the National Office.  Please contact Staff and Affiliate Support via e-mail at SASDesk@aft.org.  Or call 1-800-238-1133 ext. 4504 between the hours of  8:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time.

I am going on vacation or leave and want someone else to access the membership program.  Should I give them my user name and password?

No! The person filling in while you are on leave should be registered as their own user.  We will provide that person with appropriate orientation and training.  Please contact the Training Coordinator  at 1-800-238-1133 ext. 4720 with as much advance notice as possible.

When I click on the X in the upper right hand corner to exit the program my screen blacks out and I can not re-enter the program.

If you click on the X to exit, the system may black out and prevent re-entry until your "idle process" is reset.  To have your idle process reset, contact Staff and Affiliate Support at 1-800-238-1133 ext. 4504 between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time.  You may also e-mail Staff and Affiliate Support at SASDesk@aft.org , however, this will take longer to fix the problem.
