I cannot remember my Membership Suite or Lite password or logon name, what should I do?

Do not continue to try since you will be locked out of the system. Contact the AFT's Staff and Affiliate Support via e-mail at SASdesk@aft.org.  Or call 1-800-238-1133 ext. 4504 between the hours of  9:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time

Please be prepared to indicate the answers to three (3) security questions, i.e., favorite color, mother’s maiden name as well as city you were born in.  These are questions that you answered on the Membership Questionnaire.

How do I change my password?
